Take your sexual practice to the next level by learning about energy and how to incorporate it into your sex life, tantra style. During this class we will learn what tantra is, how to incorporate it into sexual practice, with some basic breathing and visualization exercises to get you started. Singles and couples are welcome (all exercises in this class are geared to individuals).
Please wear non-restrictive clothing and bring a mat or blanket.
This workshop is taught by Anastasia Kutt. Anastasia is an energy healer (Reiki and the Yuen Method), a Healing Connections associate, and a former corporate trainer with a passion for energy.
