These are safe, sex-positive sites that are meant for youth to access.  They also make great resources for parents, teachers, youth workers, etc. to check out as a means for supporting the youth in our lives!

• Scarleteen: A great resource for youth and people who care about them!  Scarleteen is an independant, grassroots sexuality education and support organization and website.  They offer progressive, non-judgemental sex education, as well as highly moderated message boards that create a safe space for teens to discuss sexuality and relationships. 

• Sex, Etc.: A site for teens, run by teens. In addition to info, Q&A sections and resources, they also update with news items regarding teen sexuality.

• www.spiderbytes.ca : large youth resource by the Planned Parenthood Association of Canada addressing sex, sexuality, relationships and puberty --all in an easy-to-read question and answer and short fact sheet format.

• www.positive.org : promotes positive sexuality in youth including information about sexual rights and negotiating sexual boundaries with yourself and a partner.

• www.planetahead.ca : website aimed at teens with easy to access information on birth control, condoms, sexually transmitted infections and sexual decision making. Includes games about sexual decision making.
