Workshop - Flogging - The Basics and Beyond - Sunday, March 3 at 6pm
A flogger is more than an implement, flogging is more than something you do to a partner, and it is definitely more than just a skill. Flogging is about connection, energy exchange, intimacy, and communication. Floggers come in many different styles; can be used in many different ways, and can deliver a wide range of sensations. It can leave you tingling, it can feel like a massage, or it can even leave you breathless. In this workshop, we will talk about the basics of a flogger, how to use it, the safety aspects, as well as the interaction that happens with your play partner. There will be a demo during this workshop.
Our Facilitator for this workshop is Leah:
Leah identifies as a female bisexual switch. She has been an active member of the local kink community since 2009. Leah has organized a weekend conference, training seminars and holds a regular social group. She has attended several conferences, workshops, play parties, and other kink events in Alberta, British Columbia, and even Alaska. With a passion for kink and a passion for teaching, what better combination is there? As a top and as a bottom, Leah feels that quality education is very important. Leah feels that it is important for people who are just getting into the lifestyle to have the opportunity to learn good practices and safe techniques.
