Tantus has a line of silicone paddles! Pelt is a traditional paddle shape with some flexibility. 100% Silicone makes for wonderful implements as they are easy to clean, non-porous, and nearly indestructible. Since silicone is flexible, they do have more of a sting than most wooden paddles.
